UrduTrades Awareness Program (TASK)
Trades Awareness (TASK) is a “hands on” program in partnership with Camosun College that focuses on four trade areas: carpentry, metal, electrical and plumbing. Students will get practical experience building a variety of projects such as: sawhorses, picnic tables, sheds, etc. Upon successful completion of TASK, students will receive several safety certifications and participate in a three-week industry work placement.
This program is a full semester in length and will give students up to 20 high school credits.
