Counsellor Support

We are here to support you in whatever way we can.

As Dr. Bonny Henry said, “This is a time to be kind, to be calm and to be safe”

  1. Our counselling supports will look different now, just as they do for our external community agencies.  If you are wanting to talk to us, please email us and set up a time.     Your visit may be via phone, in person and/or outdoors.
  2. If you have an urgent personal counselling matter, you may enter the Counselling suite.   Please have a seat on the couch and we will be right with you.

If you feel unsafe or have already done something to hurt yourself, please call 9-1-1

Course Changes

  • If you want to make a course change, please email your counsellor of record. Their email address are at the top of this page.
