The majority of students meet this graduation requirement during the first semester of their grade 12 year. This course provides students with the time and space to reflect on their life’s journey and plan for their next steps out of high school while gaining important skills to support this transition. The culminating task for this course will be the assembly of a Capstone Project that outlines their plan. Students will share this project with their self-selected in-school mentor who they will meet with as needed for support throughout the year.
