If a student previously booked an appointment for the original GRAD photo days (Dec 10-22) and attended or ended up cancelling that appointment and are now trying to book a retake they will receive an error message when booking online. It will read similar to “appointment already passed” these students must book through the customer service team.

Fees for retakes have been waived so if someone is told otherwise by Artona they should ask the Artona team member to double check, and if not resolved, contact the school.
Students that did not book or cancel an appointment during Dec 10-22 can book a GRAD retake photo directly through Artona Website https://artona.com/bookings
