Important Info Regarding Booking GRAD Ceremony Tickets

Ticketing Process:

• All tickets will be purchased directly through the UVic Ticket Centre.
• All student accounts have been created using their student SD62 Learns email.
• For your first time logging in you will need to reset your password.  We HIGHLY recommend doing this before the on-sale date.
• As this is a private event tickets can only be booked under the student’s school district email.
• Tickets will be emailed ONE week before the event.
• Monday, April 20, 2026 @9:30 AM, parents and students will be able to log in using the student’s SD62 Learns Email to select seats.
• Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard.   Cash and debit are also accepted for in-person sales @UVIC Ticket Centre.
• Tickets limited to four (4) per student during the first round of sales.  Additional tickets will be released on Monday, May 4th.
•  Guests requiring accessible seating can contact the UVic Ticket Centre directly (250-721-8480) to book tickets. These seats are held specifically for this purpose and can only be booked by phone or in person.
